We are looking for a LAN/WAN Network Engineer Team Lead to manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This role requires expertise in network protocols, hardware, software, and security. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and maintenance of LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Document configurations and policies per IT best practices.
• Monitor network performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Plan network capacity initiatives aligned with organizational growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as the technical contact for network matters.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of LAN/WAN Network Engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Proficiency in Cisco, F5, Zscaler, and Akamai technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
