Acara Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Shadyside PA
Salary:- 60

-Posts payments by recording cash, checks and wires to maintain an up-to-date billing system.-Monitor AR aging reports; make best efforts to collect all unpaid balances
-Daily reconciliation of multiple bank accounts.-Enter and process vendor payments through accounts payable system.-Review all invoices for appropriate approvals and apply accurate account coding.-Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.-Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Maintain 1099 vendor files for accuracy and up to date W9's and prepare annual 1099 forms for vendors.
-Receives and processes vendor and resident calls and emails.-Assists, as required, in preparation of accounting reports, month-end financials, and other tasks as requested by Controller.
