Attorney/Lawyer

This role involves drafting legal documents, managing a high-volume workload, and corresponding with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting a variety of legal documents including pleadings, wills, and discovery documents
• Handling court appearances and prove-ups
• Liaising with clients, court staff, and other counsel in a professional manner
• Efficiently organizing and managing discovery requests
• Managing a high-volume workload and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Attending mediations and depositions to represent clients
• Practicing in areas of business structuring, construction, estate planning, probate, and asset protection
• Applying skills in Estate Planning, Complex Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, Probate & Estate Administration, Probate Litigation, Corporate Entities to cater to client needs

• Must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must possess active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• Two or more years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Demonstrated experience in Estate Planning and Probate & Estate Administration
• Proven track record in handling Complex Business Litigation and Construction Litigation
• Experience in dealing with Probate Litigation
• Knowledgeable in the formation and management of Corporate Entities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
