We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for various financial tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Thorough understanding of budgeting processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and financial software applications
