Machine Operator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $17
Assignment Type: Temporary with intent to hire full-time
Job Description:
Adecco is hiring Machine Operators to join our team! In this role, you will operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products. If you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and previous industrial experience, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and workstations efficiently and safely
- Load unfinished parts into machines and offload completed components
- Perform quality checks and read measurements using a tape measure
- Lift up to 50 lbs (no overhead lifting)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- 6+ months of recent industrial machine operation experience
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
- Professional and reliable work ethic
Additional Details:
- PPE & Dress Code: Casual but appropriate wear; safety shoes required
- Not a warehouse or forklift position – strictly machine operation
- Intent to hire full-time after contingent period

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
