Summary of the Role

This role is responsible for establishment and administration of an integrated Quality

Management System with strong customer focus

1. Responsible for all areas of Quality Function
2. Understanding and meeting Customer Protocols, Requirements & Specifications
3. Involving from Concept, Prototype development and approval
4. Developing Quality Plan for different Products & Tech-Packs
5. Establishing Data Standards, Data Collection & Design, Data Flow Management,

1. Institutionalizing RCA, CAPA, error Proofing, SOP, Control Plans & Internal

1. Continuous Focus on COQ, Cost of Quality Reducing/eliminating internal and

1. Improving Yield rate by reducing process waste.
2. Risk Mitigation & Management through FMEA
3. Coordinating Internal & external Product Testing and laboratories.
4. As Management Representative, spearheading QMS, EMS & other certification

1. As a custodian of Knowledge base, continuously pursuing and upgrading self and

1. Leading Continuous Improvement Projects and Break Through Improvement

1. Vendor Qualification, Vendor Selection, Vendor Development, Vendor Rating &

1. Participating in New Product Development ideas, Development, their positioning

1. Manpower Planning, Retention & Development.
