Accounts Payable Specialist

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients team, in Greenville, South Carolina. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage daily invoice processing, oversee expense reimbursements, and handle foreign accounts payable.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process daily invoices and oversee expense reimbursements
• Manage office expenses and assist with some billing functions
• Coordinate a monthly payment run and ensure all invoices are approved before processing
• Use and assist in upgrading the company's financial software
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.
• Experienced in executing Check Runs and Coding Invoices.
• Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to efficiently process invoices, ensuring all are handled in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Aderant software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
