Full Charge Bookkeeper

Your main duties will include maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and conducting daily account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business units.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Generate sales and revenue reports to provide insight into business performance.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Utilize accounting skills to manage annual budget and conduct cash flow analysis.
• Employ knowledge of restaurant operations to ensure effective financial management of our restaurants.
• Collaborate with external CPA firm for additional accounting support.
• Use Margin Edge software for effective financial management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Thorough understanding and experience in all Accounting Functions
• Proven ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in formulating and managing Annual Budgets
• Ability to conduct and present Cash Flow Analysis
• Prior experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is a must
• Familiarity with Restaurant management and operations
