Job Title: Patient Care Associate (PCA) - Mental Health Intervention

Duties:

• Serve as part of a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient mental health setting.
• Support patient care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding assistance.
• Monitor and document patient health data such as vital signs and weight.
• Lead or co-lead therapeutic activities and support discharge planning efforts.
• Respond to patient emergencies, implementing restraint protocols as necessary.
• Uphold infection control and ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Skills Required:

• Experience in behavioral health, nursing, or group counseling.
• Skills in venipuncture, EKGs, and basic clinical procedures.

Education:

• High school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• BLS certification required.

Pay Range:

• Weekly: $1,200 - $1,450
