Sr. Internal Auditor

This role will be located hybrid schedule in Chino, CA.

Technical Skills:

• Perform comprehensive internal operational and compliance audits from start to finish
• Review programs, process and procedures
• Preferably have an Understanding of Construction and IT audits
• Test internal controls and procedures
• Develop effective findings and recommendations about processes
• Heavy Excel and word
• Hybrid work schedule
• Knowledge and familiarity with the Institute of Internal Auditors, Standards

• Attention to detail
• Able to communicate at various levels within the organization
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written (able to write comprehensive audit reports)
• Possess strong knowledge of Audit Program and its application in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Systems, including their implementation and management.
• Experience in presenting to and working with Audit Committees, including preparation and interpretation of reports.
• Proven ability to identify, report, and provide solutions for Audit Findings.
• Proficiency in Auditing, including planning, execution, and follow-up processes.
• Familiarity with the development and implementation of Audit Plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Experience in Corporate Internal Audit, including knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
• Solid understanding of Audit Compliance, ensuring all company operations adhere to established guidelines and regulations.
