We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Office Manager to join our client's healthcare facility. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing medical office operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing office staff, managing workflows, and playing a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the office. You will also collaborate closely with healthcare providers to support the delivery of high-quality care.

This role is onsite in Garden Grove and requires candidates to be readily accessible to the office.

Medical Office Manger, Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the medical office, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and office workflows.
  • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor and manage billing processes and financial reporting.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing training and support as needed to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience and resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to support efficient practice operations.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office management role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and patient interaction.
  • Proficient in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
