Regional Technical Sales Manager
A growing 3PL provider in the Lawrence, MA area has an immediate direct-hire opening for a technically proficient and results-oriented Regional Technical Sales Manager to lead business development in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions.The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to design efficient, cost-effective supply chain strategies for manufacturers, e-commerce businesses, and retailers.
The role requires 7+ years of outside sales experience, a proven track record of closing large-scale deals, and the ability to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events as needed.

responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new opportunities in manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail for 3PL services. Develop and manage a sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic engagement.
- Analyze logistics requirements and design tailored solutions to optimize supply chain performance, with a focus on warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to engineer and implement scalable, cost-efficient logistics solutions. Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio, ensuring effective service delivery and addressing ongoing operational requirements for warehousing and fulfillment.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to meet regional revenue goals. Leverage CRM tools to track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends in logistics technology, including WMS, TMS, automation, and digitalization, to maintain a competitive edge.
