We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant who will be instrumental in automating manual processes, bridging gaps in CRM configuration, and enhancing the use of Power Automate and PowerApps. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on training internal teams and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with third-party Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and will help drive accountability and expertise within the organization. This is a long-term opportunity aimed at building in-house capabilities and ensuring efficient CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand CRM-related needs and requirements.

Leverage Dynamics 365 to automate manual integrations and ensure the organization is using its full functionality.

Configure and implement Power Automate workflows within the CRM environment, while educating and mentoring the internal team.

Utilize PowerApps to streamline processes and create custom business solutions.

Work closely with third-party VARs to hold them accountable while also leading internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Assist in creating and implementing SOWs for Dynamics 365-related projects.

Act as a subject matter expert in Customer Entity usage, ensuring proper data modeling and CRM structuring.

Provide mentorship to internal teams and facilitate training on new tools and technologies.

Identify areas where the organization can transition from reliance on external vendors to building in-house CRM expertise.

Lead discussions around best practices and provide solutions to bridge gaps in current processes versus future capabilities.

Qualifications:

Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, including CRM configuration and integration.

Proficient in Power Automate, with experience in training others to use it effectively within CRM environments.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate and PowerApps.

Strong understanding of Customer Entity and its role in data modeling within CRM systems.

Experience working with third-party VARs and managing SOWs, ensuring accountability and effective collaboration.

Proven ability to mentor and train teams, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with large-scale CRM environments and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience transitioning CRM operations from third-party vendors to internal teams.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Machinery Manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is essential
  • Demonstrable expertise in PowerApps and Microsoft Power Automate is required
  • Must have experience working with D365
  • Proven knowledge and experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is necessary
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is expected
  • Applicants should have strong skills in Data Modeling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred.
