Who will I be working with?
You will be working alongside the military with our outstanding team of awesome Senior Military Intelligence Analysts, Engineers and Technicians. Once we verify your identity and our FSO validates your clearance, we’ll be able to share more about the customer's mission with you!
What will I be doing?
If you choose to support this mission, you will:
- Develop, obtain, and execute a work plan to complete documents, reports, meeting minutes, and all other deliverables on-time.
- Provide C-IED and EH subject matter expertise.
- Research, analyze, make recommendations on C-IED and EH materiel and non-materiel processes, concepts, and strategies and provide supporting documentation.
- Review databases and make recommendations for materiel and non-materiel solutions to current and future IED/explosives threats.
- Identify, analyze, and characterize capability gaps relating to emerging, current, and future C-IED and EH issues.
- Review existing C-IED and EH Related documents and make recommendations for sustainment and/or improvements; make recommendations for new C-IED and EH related documents, as needed.
- Provide written assessments of materials and related documents, doctrine, processes, concepts, and strategies.
- Review doctrine, training documents and plans, SOPs, and deliverables; then identify, evaluate, integrate, and assess solutions across the domains of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF).
- Participate in working groups, focus groups, and forums to help find solutions to eliminate or mitigate survivability and vulnerability shortcomings.
- Lead and/or attend meetings, submitting detailed meeting minutes as required.
- Brief Government customers on research, findings, and recommendations through written assessments and in-person briefings.
What level Clearance do I need?
You must possess a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
What experience, training, and education do I need?
The following experience is preferred:
- Experience performing Biometric Enabled Intelligence (BEI) analysis and a background using PAI/PII found on captured material for the purposes of performing identity discovery. BI2R, TIDE, NEDL, Harmony, QLIX are commonly used databases and experience with these databases is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and have filled positions that required presenting and speaking to senior level leadership.
- Liaison experience is also strongly desired and the ability to manage numerous projects.
- Experience with reverse engineering of IEDs and providing support on C-IED programs.
