Senior Eap Engineering Analyst Scheduler

Sigma Defense is seeking a talented former Naval Officer with an extensive ship engineering background who is familiar with the management of training scheduling and resource management systems to join our team as a Senior EAP Engineering Analyst Scheduler.

The ideal candidate is a former Chief Engineer in the Surface Navy with at least 20 years of surface navy experience. This candidate should have experience managing ships routine at a senior level and must have experience with the Navys training certification process.

Knowledge of the Navy ship depot level maintenance processes is a plus.

Requirements
  • 20+ years of surface navy experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing training schedules and resource management using a database system.
  • 5+ years of experience with Navy training, certification processes, and training resource management including the monitoring and analysis of Navy Surface Ship training metrics.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Engineer Officer (CHENG).
  • 2+ years of experience on a staff managing maintenance or training.
  • Shipboard operational experience managing ships routine at a senior level.
  • EOOW qualification on at least two ships.
  • Knowledge of the SFTRM.
  • Knowledge of the certification process for various mission areas.
  • Knowledge of the Navy ship depot level maintenance processes.

Personnel Clearance Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
  • Clearance will be sponsored for the right candidate.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
