Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist

Overview:

Cambrian Homecare is an excellent setting to start a career in healthcare or to find yourself making a difference in the lives of the aging, injured or developmentally disabled.

This position will work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the accuracy of client and caregiver documentation and records.

Must be comfortable driving to client homes to conduct home visits

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the matching of client and caregiver
• conduct visit update caregiver notes and client profile
• Provide update to staffing coordinators to assist with finding the right client and right caregiver
• Conduct QA calls to clients to receive feedback on services and caregiver performance
• In-Person quality assurance visits to client homes

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills required.
• Experience with children/adult with special needs a PLUS!
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English
• 3+ year's customer service experience
• Staffing experience is a plus!
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Spanish speaking a PLUS!

• 18+ years old
• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $20.00/Hr.

Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $23.00/Hr.
