Retail Sales Associate / Assistant Store Manager - Burlingame

Hours: 30-35 hours per week. Must be available to work Black Friday and weekends.

The ideal candidate has a passion for retail, possesses strong leadership abilities, and is dedicated to delivering top-tier customer service.

• Assist the Store Manager in store operations including inventory management, cash management, and visual merchandising standards
• Help to drive sales through high levels of service standards, product knowledge, and staff management
• Responsible for the management of the sales team to maximize profits, meet sales and productivity objectives
• Help in resolving customer complaints and providing solutions that fit both the customer’s and company’s needs
• Assist in the planning and coordination of in-store events
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of store staff
• Ensure maintenance of store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong understanding of exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends , holidays and Black Friday.
• Must be comfortable with physical work, able to lift and move up to 25 lbs, and stand for extended periods of time.
