Short Description:

• Support the administrative functions and the clinical operations of the unit.
• In conjunction with the management team of the unit, develop and maintain unit-based systems and processes required to ensure that non-clinical aspects of care delivery and unit operations are well coordinated and efficient.
• Assume responsible role in the management of the physical unit and establishes procedures to facilitate effective utilization of resources required for patient delivery.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year administrative experience, required.
• 1-2 years experience in an inpatient setting, preferred.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.

Special Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work in all levels of health care provider organization;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Proficient telephone and computer skills.
