Central Supply Clerk Part Time
Our success depends on having the right tools and resources available at all times. As a Central Supply Clerk, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that all medical and operational supplies are stocked and ready for use when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment to meet facility needs
- Organize and store supplies in an orderly and accessible manner
- Distribute supplies and equipment to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
- Assist with ordering and receiving supplies from vendors, processing invoices, and managing inventory records
- Perform routine inspections of supply areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages
- Maintain compliance with infection control policies and procedures while handling supplies

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Central Supply Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and vendors
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
