Looking for experienced part-time receptionist / filing clerk for high end luxury car dealership.
Afternoon/Evenings (with on-call coverage & vacation/sick coverage)
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Greeting customers
- Cashing service clients out
- Filing
Qualifications:
- Previous dealership/reception experience (preferred)
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Office
- Candidate must be punctual, reliable and have a neat & professional appearance.
