We are inviting applications for the role of Project Manager with expertise in import/export and e-commerce operations. This role is based in Brea, California and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The selected individual will be instrumental in managing international shipping and e-commerce operations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.
• Handle the management of e-commerce platforms, including product listing, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Communicate with international clients and partners, ensuring smooth transactions and resolving any issues.
• Monitor and analyze shipping costs, delivery times, and other key metrics to optimize operations.
• Manage documentation for import/export activities, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Provide excellent customer service for inquiries related to international orders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies to increase international sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as needed.
• Use tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, About Time, Budget Processes, and Customer Service to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions.
• Knowledge of database systems and their management.
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems and their operational principles.
• Proficient in IBM software products.
• Experience with About Time for mobile resource management.
• Understanding of budget processes in project management.
• Background in construction, with the ability to manage construction-related projects.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Ability to deliver project deliverables on time and within budget.
• Experience in coordinating logistics for efficient project execution.
