We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an IT Risk and Compliance Specialist in the financial services industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.   • Carry out auditing tasks to ensure compliance and manage risk. • Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for document management.
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services for efficient payroll and HR services.
  • Skilled in using compliance software to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and interactions.
  • Knowledge of AML - Anti Money Laundering procedures and regulations.
  • Experience in auditing, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Experience in complaint handling, with a focus on resolving customer issues promptly.
