We are seeking candidates to raise the BAR and provide professional, friendly, and attentive service while providing cocktails with an emphasis on quality, guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue in accordance with Hilton Columbus’ standards.
To join the team we require:
- High School graduate or equivalent. Basic education or experience to meet the required job knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- One year of previous bartending or graduation from an industry recognized bartending school and must be 21 years of age.
- To obtain TIPS certifications. Must meet all State A.B.C. requirements for serving or pouring alcohol.
- Pre-employment drug and background checks.
