They are looking for a Senior Superintendent with $40-$55M value project experience. Ideal candidate has experience in the Multifamily space but is opened to working in other commercial markets as well.
Job Description
The Senior Superintendent Will:
- Oversee and act as leader for the (4) Project team members on staff overseeing projects.
- Overseeing and leading project team with daily project coordination
- Procurement of construction materials
- Coordinate and oversee all subcontractors
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Scheduling and schedule look ahead
- Business development/networking capabilities
- Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Interact with clients with a business development mindset

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Senior Superintendent- B.S. in Construction Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction field.
- Previous Multifamily General Contractor experience
- Proven success in on-site management and oversight
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Ability to run multiple jobs at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills
- Wood framing experience.
- Self-confident, but self-aware
- Open to other commercial markets
