Legal Secretary
Our client is a prominent law firm in search of a Legal Secretary with a specialization in banking or estate planning. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Your responsibilities would include:
Preparing and transcribing legal documents, drafting correspondence and memoranda, and handling complex tasks related to banking and estate planning.
Implementing and managing efficient work processes and systems for documentation and record keeping.
Coordinating communication with clients, maintaining excellent relationships, and ensuring the confidentiality of all legal proceedings.
Assisting with time management for attorneys by maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and establishing reminders for deadlines.
Handling the processing and reviewing of bills, as well as proofreading legal documents and transactional agreements for accuracy.
Collaborating with both attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders within the firm.
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, has strong proofreading abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
