Responsibilities:

• Increase wholesale and retail parts sales through proactive strategies and outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with body shops, independent repair facilities, and fleet businesses to expand wholesale accounts.
• Work closely with service and sales departments to identify upsell opportunities and optimize parts sales.
• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to be sales-oriented and customer-focused.
• Implement sales goals, promotions, and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and margins to maximize profitability.
• Ensure superior customer service and a seamless parts buying experience.

Qualifications:

• US Work Authorization is required.
• Proven sales experience in an automotive parts department, preferably Ford.
• Track record of growing parts revenue through wholesale and retail sales.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record as this role may operate company vehicles.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in Ford’s parts catalog, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software.
• Ability to create and implement monthly sales targets and tracking systems.
