Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and oversee monthly financials, including tracking variances.
• Conduct research to determine the allocation of daily wires for travel and remittances.
• Oversee credit card processing, utilizing pivot tables and vlookups.
• Ensure accuracy in processing all transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Utilize software such as Banner and Strata, with training provided.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the accounting department.
• Must possess strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is required
• Should have a thorough understanding of General Ledger management
• Proficient in preparing and managing Journal Entries
• Experience in Month End Close processes is essential
• Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software is a must
• Experience with Oracle financial software is required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is necessary
• Knowledge of SAP financial software is a significant plus
