Japanese English Bilingual Sales Representative

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000

Description:

We're looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Receive drawings from clients and manage data entry using Excel
2. Obtain quotations from suppliers
3. Create quotations
4. Negotiate to secure orders
5. Revising the details in case of lost order

• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google apps (Gmail, Drive, spreadsheet etc.,)
• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to gather quotations and information
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing orders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and review information, especially in case of lost orders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Sales experience is proffered
• Eager to learn various things by looking at technical drawing
• At the beginning of your employment, you will be doing many tasks to understand the workflow and the field, but ultimately, you will be engaged in sales activities, so candidates with sales experience are preferred.
