HR Generalist

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Auburndale, Florida. This role will primarily focus on HR functions such as recruiting, employee investigations, and benefits management. The position involves the use of Oracle as the primary HRIS and recruiting software.

• Manage and conduct employee investigations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Utilize Oracle for HRIS functions, ensuring accurate data entry and management.
• Oversee benefits administration, addressing any employee queries or issues efficiently.
• Implement recruiting strategies and processes to attract and secure top talent.
• Ensure adherence to FMLA regulations and other relevant employment laws.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management, fostering positive employee relations. • Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions is essential.
• Strong Communication skills are required to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Knowledge of Compliance regulations and laws related to human resources is necessary.
• Ability to manage Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and team building, is a must.
• Familiarity with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to assist employees in understanding their rights.
• Experience with Oracle HR systems to maintain employee data and generate reports.
