- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty items with consistency and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude—making every guest feel at home.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with food service regulations.
- Previous barista experience is required & coffee shop experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs (weekend availability may be required).
- Sunday Shift (9a-2p) availibity is a must; Weekdays 745a-115p
