Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements for multiple entities
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions
• Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare and file tax returns, including property tax filings
• Oversee fixed assets and depreciation calculations
• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly account analysis
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP systems for financial management
• Leverage Oracle ERP system for financial reporting and operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or multi-entity environment
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong understanding and execution of accounting functions
• Experience in auditing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage balance sheet accounts
• Experience with Oracle ERP system is a significant advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
