Key Responsibilities:
As a Schedulerat Behavioral Innovations, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operations across our centers. You’ll collaborate with center leadership teams to design and implement efficient schedules that align with both staff availability and client needs.Your role will also involve managing billing accuracy, compliance with payor coding requirements, and supporting multiple facilities in your region. By providing strategic feedback and upholding our core values, you'll help drive excellence in client care and service delivery.
- Create and manage schedules based on staff availability, client needs, and block time policies.
- Ensure payor compliance by using CPT codes and staying up-to-date with requirements.
- Review and approve daily billing and documentation to support clean claims.
- Collaborate with center leaders to meet billing deadlines and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify and enhance prescription fulfillment to better serve our clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience using CentralReach is required. Scheduling experience is a plus.
- Other: No regular travel required – this position supports multiple facilities within your region.
