Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous, adaptable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic People and Culture team. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing TA and HR systems (ideally iCIMS), and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.You will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from opening and closing positions to creating and sending out offer letters.
This role pays an hourly rate of $29-$33

This position will remain open until May 23, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Review and edit job requisition requests and submit for approval; close filled/closed requisitions
- Post approved jobs; unpost filled/closed jobs
- Review and create/process job offers, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate; submit for approval and send approved offer letters to selected candidates
- Create and reset ATS logins
- Promptly respond to a high volume of various TA-related inquiries (email and chat) from numerous business stakeholders, providing excellent and professional customer service
- Conduct Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) trainings for new hires and existing staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a full-time corporate environment in a Recruiting or HR position required
- Comfortable and able to work full-time in-office
- Experienced and adept at handling an ever-full workload
- Impervious to regularly changing priorities
- Supreme attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Polished and prefessional commnication verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with HR/TA system required (iCIMS strongly preferred)
