Our client at Robert Half is looking to enhance their digital presence and improve customer experiences across all channels. They are seeking a Digital Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics to join their team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze key metrics including website traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
  • Develop and implement data dashboards and reports to monitor digital marketing performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, web development, and UX teams to evaluate digital experiences and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Set up and configure Google Analytics tags, goals, and events to effectively track KPIs.
  • Identify trends and areas of improvement in the customer journey to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize website features and functionality.
  • Support SEO/SEM strategies by providing insights on keyword performance, user behavior, and traffic trends.
  • Stay informed of the latest features and trends in Google Analytics and related tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC analytics.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with other analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tracking and multi-channel attribution.
  • Google Analytics certification (GA4) is highly desirable.
