We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Spcialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a attention to details, and strong communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in attending their mission goals at their on-site facility
- Support cutting edge products and solutions
- Work with customers, peers, and engineers to solve problems
- Contribute to the development of our products by providing client feedback
- Learn new technology and help drive future client solutions
Qualifications:
- Proficent with Windows operating systems.
- Experience administering technical solutions.
- Experence or knowledge in the fields of Telcommunicaitons, Networking, or Software.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies, VPNs, VoIP, and cloud service.
- A BS or MS degree in Business Adminstration or technology-related field with 1-5 years of relvant exprience,
- You consider yourself a "costmer advocate", with the abolity to view the task at hand from the customer's perspective
- You can bridge the gap between non-technical customers with requirements, and highly technical engineers who build the solutions.
- Relevant college degree plus two years of experience, or five years of relevant experience.
