Responsibilities- Author and edit professional work documents: policy statements, standard operating procedures, governance guides, desk guides, quick guides, instructional manuals, process diagrams, communications documents, briefings, etc.
- Develop, update, and maintain MS Power Apps and MS Power BI tools, as needed.
- Provide support to projects, taskings, and programs as requested.
- Be proficient in the use of standard office automation software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Perform quality assurance on finished work products to ensure the effort captures all changes accurately and completely with minimal revisions or edits.
- Assume ownership of business deliverable content.
- Play a supporting role in all phases of business process modernization.
- Provide weekly or monthly status updates, as required.
- Support FLETC working groups, as required.
- Attend meetings and provide input as needed.

- 2 years' experience designing, developing and configuring custom Microsoft (MS) PowerApps applications and MS Power BI dashboards/visualizations.
- 2 years' experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI
- Adept with MS Office Suite
- Organized, self-disciplined, and be able to read and write English.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust).
- U.S. citizen.
- 4-year degree in a related field.
- Prior experience working in education and/or the federal government
- Existing DHS (Department of Homeland Security) or CBP Entry on Duty suitability
