Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have electrical, mechanical, and PLC knowledge, with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Install, inspect, and test new equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar platforms).
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems (motors, wiring, power distribution, etc.) and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in an industrial environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in Electrical/Mechanical fields are a plus
salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
