Job Description
  • Manage a team of property managers and report into senior level leaders and investors.
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of properties.
  • Coordinate and manage leasing activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs on properties.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for properties.
  • Conduct property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs.
  • Resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Property Manager should have:

  • Experience working in the affordable housing space is essential.
  • Proven experience in property management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with property management software.
