World leading manufacturer of printing equipment for plastic containers is currently expanding its service department and looking for 2 Electro-mechanical Field Service Technicians. Must be proficient in mechanical and/or electrical and drive troubleshooting.

Experience with printing machinery and dry offset a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electronic industrial printing systems.
Installation and Commissioning of new equipment.
Testing / calibration / adjustment of equipment for performance.
Make recommendations to customers for optimizing performance.
Manage various reports

Skills and Specifications

Technical expertise to troubleshoot, install, and repair mechanical and/or electronic industrial systems.
Ability to read, understand and interpret mechanical, electrical and electronic schematic drawings and diagrams.
Ability to interpret the technical issues from non-technical explanation offered by customers.
Communication with customers and employees in a courteous, effective and professional manner in both a field service and shop environment.
Ability to work independently without any supervision.
Problem solving abilities.
Good logical sense and critical thinker.
Carrying out research in order to detect the problems and developing the solution for these problems.
Knowledge and experience with the company (or similar) machines a plus
