Position Overview:
The Product Manager will have over 10 years of experience in product management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams. Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, and up-to-date.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
- Monitor and measure product performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Agile methodologies and practices within the organization.
- Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and functionality.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field..
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Certification in product management (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Prior work experience as a senior software developer, manager of software development or solution architect.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and software development processes.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Working Conditions:
