Pay Range: 135k - 145k

Position Overview:

The Product Manager will have over 10 years of experience in product management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, and up-to-date.
  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and understood.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion Agile methodologies and practices within the organization.
  • Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and functionality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field..
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Certification in product management (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
  • Proven experience in leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior work experience as a senior software developer, manager of software development or solution architect.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and software development processes.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product development with the company's long-term goals.

Working Conditions:

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
