Responsibilities:

Youth Villages' commitment to helping troubled children and their families find success spans more than 30 years and includes a comprehensive array of programs and services including:
- Treatment Foster Care
- Residential Services
- LifeSet Transitional Living Services
- Adoptions
Intern placement with a specific program within each office is determined during the interview process and depends on the current availability, the student's experience and education level, and the academic requirements of the program.
At the Bachelor’s level, students will have the opportunity to:
- Observe and shadow sessions
- Learn and practice documentation
- Learn our electronic medical records system
- Participate in treatment team and consultation meetings as well as receive individual supervision.
Our programs use treatment models that have been proven effective including:
- Multisystemic Therapy
- Multidimensional Foster Care
- Re-ED
- Family Treatment Model

Qualifications:
Requirements:
Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the Social Service field.
Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle
