Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth office operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure stock levels are sufficient.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Ensure office security by monitoring visitors and ensuring sign-in protocols are followed.
  • Provide general information to visitors and clients regarding office services, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various office responsibilities efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
