Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, delivering a range of tax services.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of complex tax returns and review less complex tax returns from junior staff.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members.
- Cultivate, maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Masters in Taxation or similar.
- At least five years of public accounting experience.
- CPA designation, or equivalent.
- Proven track record managing high net worth clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax law and tax code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relation skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members.
