Key Responsibilities

**Lead a design team, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and coordinating across disciplines.

**Act as the primary client contact, addressing needs, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships.

**Manage contracts, client billing, and project financial performance in collaboration with accounting teams.

**Provide constructability reviews and peer reviews of project submissions.

**Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned projects when needed.
