• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in budget management and cost control by tracking project expenses and reporting variances.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role, preferably with a civil construction general contractor.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
