Customer Service Representative

This role requires excellent communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the cause, determining the best solution, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Process customer orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as needed.
• Engage in proactive customer support, including upselling or cross-selling products or services when appropriate.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide consistent and high-quality support.
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle high volumes of inquiries.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on identifying sustainable solutions.
