Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time appropriately will prove essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute buying processes to ensure efficient procurement of goods
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions such as Epicor to streamline buying processes
• Manage accounting functions related to procurement, including maintaining accurate accounts payable records
• Generate, issue, and enter purchase requisitions as necessary
• Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth buying processes
• Leverage your culinary knowledge as a 'Chef' to make informed buying decisions
• Regularly review and update purchase records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Resolve any procurement-related issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Use the 'About Time' tool to manage and track your work effectively.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a buyer role in the retail industry
• Proficiency in using Chef software
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Familiarity with Epicor ERP Solutions
• Ability to manage time efficiently, demonstrated by experience with 'About Time' software
• Strong understanding of accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Comprehensive understanding of buying processes in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to create, enter, generate, and issue purchase orders
• Experience in managing purchase requisitions effectively.
