Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented executive to lead 1-Tom-Plumber Sales & Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the franchise expansion of 1-Tom-Plumber. The individual will be responsible for establishing the sales & marketing operational framework, coordinating sales & marketing resources, and optimizing the effectiveness of both the sales and marketing functions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the franchise market, exceptional leadership skills and organizational experience, and the ability to inspire and manage people.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all field sales activities, programs, and events. Oversee and coordinate sales and franchisee development programs.
  • Develop and lead demand generation initiatives, collaborating closely with the digital marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive franchise sales.
  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns for franchise development, aimed at attracting new franchisees and growing the brand in underserved regions.
  • Coordinate and refine sales processes, including pipeline management, lead generation, qualification, and closing strategies. Ensure sales operations are scalable and efficient.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing activities, ensuring effective communication between teams.
  • Equip sales teams with the resources necessary to successfully promote 1-Tom-Plumber franchise opportunities and services. Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales and marketing content meets field requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to guide and manage the sales team to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Develop and execute plans for franchise targeting and territory growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by setting clear, measurable goals. Develop scalable systems that allow for rapid growth while maintaining consistency in operations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on the expansion strategy into new markets. Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop sales strategy for entering new regions.
  • Collaborate and lead efforts to streamline the franchisee onboarding process, providing tools and resources to accelerate growth.
  • Monitor and report on the success of sales and marketing efforts using data-driven insights. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on revenue growth, pipeline health, and sales team performance.
  • Represent 1-Tom-Plumber at corporate and industry events, networking opportunities, and customer onboarding events.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in either sales, marketing operations, business development, franchise development, with 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams in similar functions.
  • All candidates under consideration for the position must have experience working with progressive, fast growth, companies. Preferably franchise systems that have experienced significant growth over the last 5-10 years.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful sales & marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
