E-Commerce / Social Media Admin - Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln
Our automotive dealership is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-Commerce / Social Media Admin to manage our online presence and e-commerce platforms. This role is crucial in overseeing social media accounts, promoting inventory, community involvement, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and update the dealership’s e-commerce platforms
- Monitor customer inquiries via social media and online sales channels
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create engaging social media content featuring new and pre-owned vehicles
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and customer engagement, using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure accurate inventory representation on all online platforms
- Implement and monitor targeted social media campaigns to promote special offers and events
- Analyze online sales and social media data to optimize marketing strategies
- Assist with digital promotional activities, including vehicle launches and seasonal sales events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their use in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in social media management, e-commerce, or automotive marketing is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online dealership tools
