Oversee all grants and contracts for CRIS Healthy Aging in its entirety including the following processes: application, renewal applications, submission, narratives, coordinating reports, submitting reports timely (monthly, quarterly, and etc.), managing due dates, research for new grant opportunities, building relationships with funders and managing and updating the grant spreadsheet and/or programs.
Responsibilities:Oversees all grants and is responsible for planning and implementing grant programs from the application process, final approval stage, utilization, performance management and meeting the compliance requirements.
Perform grant research, writing, program design, implementation and compliance, and grant reporting (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Works with the Executive Director, Director of Finance and plays a leadership role, working with all grants and contracts.
Works with the Executive Director and Director of Finance identifying potential grant support from government agencies, foundations, and corporations to meet the financial and operational needs of the organization. It requires a methodological and analytical approach from the Grant Compliance Coordinator to meet such requirements.
Monitors communication with funders including rules and regulations for approving grants, specifications, requirements, and performance objectives across all departments of the organization and the management.Manage and support the grant requirements and performance goals implementation for the organization through assigned program directors and/or responsible team members.
Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process.
Perform relevant research to identify available grant opportunities and evaluate the results.
Responsible for grant development by writing, coordinating, and planning with program directors.
Oversee grant implementation according to the operational and financial needs of the organization.
Develop, organize, and assist with fundraising projects.
Keep the Director of Finance informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of deliverable responsibilities.
Analyze performance outcome trends and make recommendations for program and cost control.
Provide /coordinate execution of detailed programmatic reports through Director of Finance with the funders and the board of directors with respect to the organization's progress.
Monitor communication, paperwork and other related documents connected with grant-funded programs including rules and regulations related to grants including program money, local match, and in-kind donations.
Completion of monthly and quarterly reports for funders and the Board of Directors. Attend all meetings and training necessary for the operation of the program or as assigned.

Salary Range:The compensation range for this position is $26.41per hour - $44.1per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
